Our staff are highly trained, highly motivated individuals that work as a team to ensure the best possible care for "Our Family"

It is because of the dedication and willingness of our wonderful staff that we are able to maintain such a high degree of comfort and afford our residents the ability to remain as independant and as active for as long as possible.

Our staff consist of cleaners, cooks, caregivers, senior caregivers, nurses, divertional therapists, managers and directors who combine to jointly fulfill their tasks with efficiency and pride.

This fantastic team provide more service than is required contractually and often work in their free time showing a flexibility and spirit rarely found in the workplace, for this, we as a rest home are thankful. It is this mentality that makes Kapiti Rest Home that little bit more special.
